On stage with Robin S, Czion & Cory despite the threats at LA Pride Fest!

Sadness was felt. Concern was in the air. Determination and strong belief was evident in the massive audience and in our performances! We were all adamant about not letting hate and fear win!... and so, we attended, we sang, we danced, we praised, we remembered!
For our bethren lost in Orlando and for the failed attempt at our own event, (man caught with explosives and weapons in his car heading to LA Pride), One of the organizers, Jamie Awad, asked Robin S. and Me to "take them to church a capella".. and so we did!
SEE THE VIDEO HEREhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SXz1kAjRtSQ

What an awesome show and celebration of life, love, and freedom. Czion, Cory and I are also celebrating our 20 years in dance music together!... still makin' it pop! God is indeed great!

Friday night, I performed with My High School Gospel Chorus reUnion Choir. SO much fun to see and hear everyone again. As many of you know, I went to The Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School and Music & Art (The FAME school. The movie and tv show are about our school; started out in the old castle then we moved to Lincoln Center. Here are some pics and #Video for you to enjoy!

That's Me down on the right next to Victor Cook.

What a great weekend we had! Pics and Video inside!

.....So, I performed  for Albany Black & Latino Gay Pride festival AND after-party with My boys / dancers, Cory & Czion. I had My cousin (and Ny-O-Dae Music recording artist-My label), DeVonde, perform her song LIFE, as a surprise. The crowd loved it and sang along!

The boys and I even did a Celia Cruz song... YES... in spanish! Czion sang that with Me, as well as the reggaeton tune that I made with Mark Shine and Mike Cruz called, "Jump Up & Down".
It was so much fun!
Here we are doing the song in sound check.

The next day, Czion and I caught up with the amazing Crystal Waters back stage after her performace at Queens Pride. Needless to say, her show gave Life! Luv huh!

Just a couple of weeks ago, I was in My former place of residence, Dusseldorf Germany, singing with a live band.
Here I am singing Roberta Flack's, FEEL LIKE MAKIN LOVE, with Valerie Scott and Keith Elliott Munerlyn on background vocals.

Yup! She's back and Inaya is on Fiya!

Upon arrival from Germany, Inaya received a text from DJ Grind saying, " We're #21 with a bullet in the Billboard Dance-club chart (with ONE NIGHT IN HEAVEN)! " It was just on March 12th when STRANDED, Inaya's song with Dirty Disco, peaked at #3 on the Billboard Dance chart. What a way to celebrate 20 years in dance music.

Catching Up with Iggy Azalea & Rita Ora

For those of you who don't know who those people are, they are two pop artists who are dominating radio airways right now.
WITH THAT SAID; a song that I co wrote with Ashleigh K. and recorded with Lee Dagger of Bimbo Jones, is still just 2 notches below Iggy Azaela and Rita Ora on the Billboard club/dance chart at #15!!!
I'm catching up!
Let's get fingers, arms, legs, and eyes crossed for a Top 10!!!! :-D

Pick your favorite mix, (mine are the wawa mix, soneec mix, and funkymovers mix), and support the movement by downloading the songs via
Thanks, Day-Lites!

Yes! It's Today! ;-) I'm stoked!

June 27, 2014 at 6:51am
TODAY is the release of INTERNATIONAL CLUBBIN' by Robin Andre, Tempamental, and Me.

We're giving a classic BLACK EYED PEAS effect.

Check out the mixes at any of the 3 links below.

We wanna hear from you! Let is know how much you LIKE it. (hehehhe)

Here's the awesome music video that Robin Andre and Erica Fabri directed. So much fun to make.
Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zRj8GKkaGr4

Reminiscent of the Black Eyed Peas, Inaya Day, Robin Andre, and Tempamental take you around the world with this track. The original mix is an energetic, hands in the air movement that entices you to sing and dance along; melding hip-hop, house, and pop: while the Lucius Lowe and G Drive mixes take you through sub-genres of pure house.

If you feel it, come on by ICON tonight! We'll be performing this tune tonight at Midnight.

C U There!
